The people of Aykah also gave the lie to the Messengers. 176 Recall, when Shuayb said to them: "Have you no fear? 177 I am a trustworthy Messengers. 178 So fear Allah and obey me. 179 And I do not ask you any reward for it, my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds; 180 ۞ Give full measure and do not cheat; 181 Weigh your goods with proper balance 182 And do not withhold from people what belongs to them, and do not corrupt the land; 183 Fear He who created you, and the generations of the ancient' 184 They said, 'Thou art merely one of those that are bewitched; 185 You are but a man like ourselves, and indeed, we think you are among the liars. 186 Then drop down on us lumps from heaven, if thou art one of the truthful.' 187 He said, "My Lord has full knowledge of all your actions." 188 Then they belied him; wherefore there laid hold of them the torment of day of shadow. Verily it was the torment of a Mighty Day. 189 In this there is an evidence of the Truth, but many of them did not have any faith. 190 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 191
