And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 We saved them and their people from great distress; 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 guided them to the right path, 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 Surely, Elias too was among the Messengers. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 And by night: will ye not understand? 138
