3/4 Hizb 52
< random >
And assuredly We have created man and We know whatsoever his soul whispereth unto him, and We are nigher unto him than his jugular vein. 16 and the two recording angels are recording, sitting on the right and the left: 17 each word he utters shall be noted down by a vigilant guardian. 18 And [then,] the twilight of death brings with it the [full] truth that [very thing, O man,] from which thou wouldst always look away! 19 And the Horn shall be blown; that is the Day of Threat! 20 And every soul will come, with it a driver and a witness. 21 (It will be said): 'Of this you have been heedless. Therefore, we have now removed your covering. Today your sight is sharp' 22 And his companion will say: this is that which with me is ready. 23 (It will be said): 'Indeed, cast into Gehenna (Hell) every deviating unbeliever, 24 who is an opponent of good, a suspicious transgressor 25 Who had set up another god with God. Cast him into severe torment." 26 ۞ His accompanying devil said, “Our Lord! I did not cause him to rebel, but he himself was in extreme error.” 27 Allah will say: wrangle not in My presence, and I had already proferred unto you the threat. 28 The Word cannot be changed with Me; I do not wrong My worshipers' 29

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
