۞ It is God who has subjected the sea to you so that you may sail thereon by His command, and so that you may seek His bounty, and so that you may be grateful. 12 And He has subjected to you, as from Him, all that is in the heavens and on earth: Behold, in that are Signs indeed for those who reflect. 13 Say to those who believe (that) they forgive those who do not fear the days of Allah that He may reward a people for what they earn. 14 He who does what is right does it for his own gain, and he who does evil does so at his own loss, then to your Lord you shall all return. 15 And certainly We gave the Book and the wisdom and the prophecy to the children of Israel, and We gave them of the goodly things, and We made them excel the nations. 16 And gave them clear proofs in matters [by revealing to them the Taurat (Torah)]. And they differed not until after the knowledge came to them, through envy among themselves. Verily, Your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection about that wherein they used to differ. 17 Then We set you on a clear path [of religion]: so follow it, and do not yield to the desires of those who have no knowledge. 18 Surely they will be of no avail to you against Allah. Indeed the wrong-doers are friends of each other, whereas Allah is the friend of the God-fearing. 19 This is an enlightenment for mankind, and a guidance and mercy for the people of faith. 20 Or do those who commit evil deeds think that We shall make them as those who believe and do righteous deeds, equal their living and their dying? How ill they judge! 21
