What aileth those who disbelieve, that they keep staring toward thee (O Muhammad), open-eyed, 36 on the right and on the left in groups? 37 Does every man of them desire that he should be made to enter the garden of bliss? 38 By no means! For they know very well out of what We have created them (The human being's naturally growing from a living germ, without discipline and good deeds will not result in virtue). 39 But nay! I call to witness [Our being] the Sustainer of all the points of sunrise and sunset: verily, well able are We 40 to replace them with [people] better than they are; for there is nothing to prevent Us [from doing what We will]. 41 So leave them to plunge in vain talk and play about, until they encounter that Day of theirs which they have been promised!- 42 the Day when they rush out of their graves as if racing towards a signpost, 43 with their eyes cast down and covered by disgrace; the day about which they were promised. 44
