Surely We have sent down the Koran on thee, a sending down; 23 Therefore be patient with constancy to the Command of thy Lord, and hearken not to the sinner or the ingrate among them. 24 and bear in mind thy Sustainer's name at morn and evening 25 And bow in homage part of the night, and glorify Him far into the night. 26 Lo! these love fleeting life, and put behind them (the remembrance of) a grievous day. 27 It is We Who created them, and strengthened their skeleton; and We can replace them with others like them, whenever We will. 28 This chapter is a reminder. Let those who want, seek guidance from their Lord. 29 But you will not unless God wills; surely God is ever All-knowing, All-wise. 30 He is Merciful to whom He will; but, for the harmdoers He has prepared for them a painful punishment. 31
