Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the winds sent forth in swift succession, 1 and then storming on with a tempest's force, 2 and raise (clouds) and scatter them around, 3 Then separate them one from another, 4 and those hurling a reminder 5 to provide excuses for some and to give warnings to others: 6 Surely what you are promised shall come to pass. 7 When the stars are extinguished, 8 and when the sky is rent asunder, 9 The mountains will be blown away as dust. 10 and when all the apostles are called together at a time appointed... 11 For what day is it timed? 12 To the day of decision. 13 What will explain to you what the Day of Judgement is? 14 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 15 Destroyed We not the ancients? 16 So shall We make later generations to follow them. 17 Thus do We deal with the guilty. 18 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 19 Did We not create you from a worthless water (semen, etc.)? 20 We then kept it in a safe place. 21 for a term pre-ordained? 22 And We determined [it], and excellent [are We] to determine. 23 Woe, on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle 25 Both for the living and the dead, 26 And placed therein high mountains and given you to drink sweet water therein? 27 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 28 (It will be said:) "Depart ye to that which ye used to reject as false! 29 Go on towards the threefold shadow 30 "(Which yields) no shade of coolness, and is of no use against the fierce Blaze. 31 Surely it sends up sparks like palaces, 32 So like golden camels." 33 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 34 This is a day in which they will not be able to speak. 35 nor shall they be permitted to offer excuses. 36 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 37 This is the Day of Judgement. We have assembled you all together with past generations. 38 If now you have any strategy, use it against Me. 39 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 40
