Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?” 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 Because your Lord had inspired her. 5 On that Day mankind shall issue in scatterings to see their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done even an atom's weight of good will behold it; 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
