O Ye who believe! seek help in patience and prayer; verily Allah is with the patient. 153 Do not say that those killed in the Way of Allah are dead, they are alive, although you are unaware. 154 And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, but give glad tidings to As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.). 155 Who say, when afflicted with calamity: "To Allah We belong, and to Him is our return":- 156 They are those on whom (Descend) blessings from Allah, and Mercy, and they are the ones that receive guidance. 157 ۞ Indeed, as-Safa and al-Marwah are among the symbols of Allah. So whoever makes Hajj to the House or performs 'umrah - there is no blame upon him for walking between them. And whoever volunteers good - then indeed, Allah is appreciative and Knowing. 158 BEHOLD, as for those who suppress aught of the evidence of the truth and of the guidance which We have bestowed from on high, after We have made it clear unto mankind through the divine writ - these it is whom God will reject, and whom all who can judge will reject. 159 Except those who repent and amend and make manifest (the truth), these it is to whom I turn (mercifully); and I am the Oft-returning (to mercy), the Merciful. 160 Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers - upon them will be the curse of Allah and of the angels and the people, all together, 161 Under which they will live, and their suffering will neither decrease nor be respite for them. 162 And your God is one God! there is no god but He; He is the Beneficent, the Merciful. 163
