Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 So, do not be hasty with them. We are counting their number (of days). 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 And We shall drive the sinners to Hell, like thirsty cattle driven down to water,- 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 You have uttered a grievous thing 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son. 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 there is none in the heavens or on the earth but shall return to the Merciful in utter submission, 93 He has enumerated them and counted them a [full] counting. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection. 96 So We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue that you may give good news to those who take heed, and warn the people who are contentious. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
