And it is He Who has created ears and eyes and hearts for you; very little is the right you acknowledge. 78 And He it is Who multiplied you in the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered. 79 It is He who revives and makes to die, and to Him belong the alternation of the night and the day. Will you not understand! 80 On the contrary they say things similar to what the ancients said. 81 They said: "When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we be resurrected indeed? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before. It is but of the ancients' fictitious tales' 83 Say O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “To Whom does the earth and all that is in it belong to, if you know?” 84 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: will ye not then heed? 85 Say: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Throne (of Glory) Supreme?" 86 They will say, "[They belong] to Allah." Say, "Then will you not fear Him?" 87 Say "In Whose Hand is the sovereignty of everything (i.e. treasures of each and everything)? And He protects (all), while against Whom there is no protector, (i.e. if Allah saves anyone none can punish or harm him, and if Allah punishes or harms anyone none can save him), if you know." [Tafsir Al-Qurtubi, Vol. 12, Page 145] 88 They will say, "(It belongs) to Allah." Say: "Then how are ye deluded?" 89 We have revealed to them the truth. But they are certainly liars. 90 God has not taken to Himself any son, nor is there any god with Him; for then each god would have taken off that he created and some of them would have risen up over others; glory to be God, beyond that they describe, 91 All-Knower of the unseen and the seen! Exalted be He over all that they associate as partners to Him! 92
