Pray, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, if You should bring the scourge of which they had been warned in my presence, 93 O my Lord, do not put me among the harmdoing people' 94 We certainly have the power to show you what they have been warned about. 95 Repel evil with that which is best: We are well acquainted with the things they say. 96 And submit, “My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the instigation of the devils.” 97 And I seek refuge with Thee, my Lord! lest they may be present with me. 98 (But the unbelievers will persist) until when death comes to one of them he will say: "O Lord, send me back again 99 That I may work righteously in that which I have left. By no means! It is but a word he uttereth; and before them is a barrier until the Day when they shall be raised. 100 And when the trumpet is blown there will be no kinship among them that day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful. 102 whereas they whose weight is light in the balance - it is they who will have squandered their own selves, [destined] to abide in hell: 103 the fire will scorch their faces, and they will abide therein with their lips distorted in pain. 104 "Were not My Verses (this Quran) recited to you, and then you used to deny them?" 105 They will say: "Our Lord! Our wretchedness overcame us, and we were (an) erring people. 106 O our Lord! Take us out of it; then if we return (to evil) surely we shall be unjust. 107 He saith: Begone therein, and speak not unto Me. 108 Verily! There was a party of My slaves, who used to say: "Our Lord! We believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of all who show mercy!" 109 “So you took them for a mockery until your mocking at them made you forget My remembrance, and you used to laugh at them!” 110 Verily I have recompensed them today, for they bore patiently, verily they are the achievers. 111 He will say: "What number of years did ye stay on earth?" 112 They will reply. "We remained for about a day or part of it, but ask those who have kept count". 113 He will say: You did tarry but a little-- had you but known (it): 114 Then did you think that We created you uselessly and that to Us you would not be returned?" 115 God is the most exalted King and the Supreme Truth. He is the only God and the Lord of the Gracious Throne. 116 He, who invokes another deity along with God, a deity of whose divinity he has no proof, will be brought to account by his Lord. Certainly, those who deny the truth shall never prosper. 117 And say: 'My Lord, forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of the merciful' 118
True are the words of God the Almighty.
