۞ Then We revealed Our will to Moses, saying, "Set forth with My servants, in the night, for you will surely be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 They are always harassing us. 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 and We saved Moses and those who were with him together, 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 Verily your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 68
