We also favoured Moses and Aaron, 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 and We gave them the Clear Book, 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 So also was Elias among those sent (by Us). 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And Lot too was one of the Messengers. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Except an old woman who was one of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 and at night. Do you still not understand? 138
