We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 We granted them a Clear Book, 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 He is indeed one of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 We then destroyed the others. 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
