We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And saved them and their people from the great distress, 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 Peace be with the followers of Elias. 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 and by night. Will you not, then, use your reason? 138
