And for him who dreadeth the standing before his Lord will be two Gardens. 46 (jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 47 [two gardens] of many wondrous hues. 48 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 49 Wherein are two fountains flowing. 50 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 51 In both of them are two pairs of every fruit. 52 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 53 [In such a paradise the blest will dwell,] reclining upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruit of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 55 In the midst of these shall be maidens with modest, restrained glances; maidens whom no man or jinn has ever touched before. 56 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 57 As though they are jacinth and coral. 58 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 59 Is there any reward for good other than good? 60 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 61 And beside these there shall be two Gardens. 62 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 63 Dark green [in color]. 64 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 65 In which will be two fountains gushing forth. 66 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 67 In both gardens there will be fruits, palm-trees, and pomegranates 68 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 69 In them good and comely maidens -- 70 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 71 Fair ones, confined in tents. 72 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 73 Man has not touched them before them nor jinni. 74 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 75 They shall be reclining on green cushions and splendid carpets. 76 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 77 Blest be the name of thine Lord, Owner Of Majesty and Beneficence! 78
