Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ Nay, I swear by the setting of the stars -- 75 And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew; 76 it is indeed a Glorious Koran, 77 In a Book kept hidden 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 And make it your provision that ye should belie it? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 And you wait for the moment (of death), 84 We are nearer to him than you, but you do not see 85 if you are not subject to anyone's authority, 86 Bring it back, if you should be truthful? 87 (If a dying soul) is of those near to God, 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 And if he was of the companions of the right, 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 Then an entertainment of boiling water. 93 He will burn in Hell. 94 Surely this is the truth of certainty. 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
