So by oath of the things you see. 38 And by whatsoever you see not, 39 That it is indeed the speech of an illustrious messenger. 40 It is not poet's speech - little is it that ye believe! 41 Nor is it the speech of a sooth-sayer. Little are ye admonished. 42 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 And not one of you could have held Us off from him. 47 It is really a reminder for those who fear God and follow the straight path. 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 it is the indubitable truth. 51 (Muhammad), glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
