Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 And what you do not see 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 It is not the word of a poet, little is that you believe! 41 Nor diviner's speech - little is it that ye remember! 42 It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We assuredly had taken him by the right hand 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 and none of you could have saved him! 47 And verily it is an admonition unto the God-fearing. 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 And verily it shall be an occasion of anguish unto the infidels. 50 This is the Truth beyond any doubt. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52

True are the words of God the Almighty.
