What aileth those who disbelieve, that they keep staring toward thee (O Muhammad), open-eyed, 36 on the right and on the left in groups? 37 Does every one of them aspire to be admitted into a Garden of Delight? 38 Certainly not! They know quite well out of what We created them. 39 I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests, that, verily We are Able. 40 to replace them with [people] better than they are; for there is nothing to prevent Us [from doing what We will]. 41 So leave them to engage in vain talk and to amuse themselves until they come face to face with the Day which they are promised, 42 A day when they will come out of the graves in haste, as if rushing towards their goals. 43 Downcast shall be their looks; abjectness shall overspread them. Such is the Day which they are promised. 44
