Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 produced water and grass therefrom, 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 And hell will stand forth visible to him who seeth, 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 preferring the present life, 38 The Abode will be Hell-Fire; 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. 41 They will ask you [Prophet] about the Hour, saying, "When it will come to pass?", 42 But how are you to know? 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
