Blessed is He Who made constellations in the skies, and placed therein a Lamp and a Moon giving light; 61 And He it is Who has put the night and the day in succession, for such who desires to remember or desires to show his gratitude. 62 And the servants of the Beneficent Allah are they who walk on the earth in humbleness, and when the ignorant address them, they say: Peace. 63 And these who pass the night before their Lord, prostrate and standing up. 64 who pray, "Our Lord, save us from the torment of Hell, for its torment is killing: 65 it is an evil settling, and an evil residence' 66 Who are neither prodigal nor miserly in their spending but follow a middle path; 67 And those who call not unto other god along with Allah and slay not any soul which Allah hath forbidden, save in justification, and commit not fornication. And whosoever shall do this, shall incur the meed. 68 Multiplied for him is the punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein humiliated - 69 But only those who repent and believe and act righteously will have their sins replaced by virtue; God is All-forgiving and All-merciful. 70 And whosoever repents and does righteous good deeds, then verily, he repents towards Allah with true repentance. 71 And those who witness not falsehood, and when they pass by some vanity pass by with dignity. 72 and who when they are reminded of the verses of their Lord, they do not fall down deaf and blind. 73 who pray, "Our Lord, bless us with wives and children, who may be the comfort of our eyes, and make us leaders of the righteous. " - 74 These shall be rewarded with high places because they were patient, and shall be met therein with greetings and salutations. 75 and wherein they will live for ever: what an excellent abode and what an excellent resting place! 76 Say thou: my Lord careth not for you were it not for your prayer; whereas ye have even belied, so presently this denial shall come as the cleaving punishment. 77
