Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)? 1 Behold, it is this [kind of man] that thrusts the orphan away, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the poor, 3 Woe to the worshippers 4 But who are oblivious of their moral duties, 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 and, withal, deny all assistance [to their fellow-men]! 7
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
