The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 and produce sparks 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 blazing a trail of dust, 4 Then rush thereby upon an assembly: 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 And verily to that he is witness. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ So does he not know? When those in the graves are raised, 9 And all what lies in the breasts is opened 10 that on that Day their Sustainer [will show that He] has always been fully aware of them? 11
Almighty Allah's Truth.
End of Surah: The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat). Sent down in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
