Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

۞ Have We not opened your breast for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him))? 1 and removed your burden 2 Which weighed down your back? 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
