۞ So I call the placement of the stars to witness -- 75 And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. 76 Most surely it is an honored Quran, 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 And you make its denial your share? 82 Why is it not then that when it (soul) comes up to the throat, 83 and you are watching at that time 84 – at that moment when We are closer to him than you, although you do not see (Us) 85 Then why do you not, if you are exempt from the reckoning and recompense (punishment, etc.) 86 That you send it (not) back-- if you are truthful? 87 Then, if he is one of the honoured, 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 If he is a Companion of the Right 90 Then: peace unto thee, for thou art of those on the right hand. 91 And if he is one of those who give the lie (to this Message) and go astray, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 Indeed, this is the true certainty, 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
