The Bee (Al-nahl)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Allah's commandment has come, therefore do not desire to hasten it; glory be to Him, and highly exalted be He above what they associate (with Him). 1 He doth send down His angels with inspiration of His Command, to such of His servants as He pleaseth, (saying): "Warn (Man) that there is no god but I: so do your duty unto Me." 2 He created the heavens and earth in truth. High is He above what they associate with Him. 3 He created man of a sperm-drop; and, behold, he is a manifest adversary. 4 He created the cattle from whom you get warm clothing and (other) advantages, and some you eat. 5 and you find beauty in them when you drive them home in the evenings and when you take them out to pasture in the mornings. 6 They carry your heavy loads to lands which you would not have been able to reach without great difficulty. Your Lord is certainly Compassionate and All-Merciful. 7 And horses and mules and asses (hath He created) that ye may ride them, and for ornament. And He createth that which ye know not. 8 To God leads the right path, though some deviate. If He willed He could guide you all to the right way. 9
