And He it is Who made for you the ears and the eyes and the hearts; little is it that you give thanks. 78 And He it is Who spread you on the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 And it is He who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of the night and the day. Then will you not reason? 80 Nay, but they say the like of that which said the men of old; 81 They say: When we are dead and have become (mere) dust and bones, shall we then, forsooth, be raised again? 82 We and our forefathers were promised this before. This is nothing but fables of the ancients." 83 Say: 'Whose is the earth, and whoso is in it, if you have knowledge?' 84 They will say: Allah's. Say: Will you not then mind? 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Great Throne' 86 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: "Will you not, then, remain conscious of Him?" 87 Ask them, "If you have any knowledge, in whose hands is the ownership of all things? Who is the one who gives protection and yet He Himself is never protected?" 88 They will reply spontaneously, "It is God." Ask them, "Why has falsehood bewitched you?" 89 We have sent them the Truth: but they indeed practise falsehood! 90 God has not begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Had this been so, each god would have taken away what he had created with him, and some would have risen over the others. God is much too glorious for what they attribute (to Him)! 91 who has knowledge of the Unseen and the Visible; high exalted be He, above that they associate! 92
