The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 And man enquires: "What has come over it?" 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 Because your Lord has inspired it. 5 On that Day mankind will proceed in bands, that they may be shewn their works. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8
