Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

We have made constellations in the sky and decorated them for the onlookers. 16 and We have made them secure against every satanic force accursed 17 But he who steals a hearing, so there follows him a visible flame. 18 We stretched the earth and placed upon it firm stabilisers, and made all things grow upon it balanced evenly. 19 And We have provided therein means of subsistence,- for you and for those for whose sustenance ye are not responsible. 20 Naught is there, but its treasuries are with Us, and We send it not down but in a known measure. 21 And We let loose the winds to fertilize [plants] and We send down water from the skies and let you drink thereof: and it is not you who dispose of its source 22 It is We who give life, and make to die, and it is We who are the inheritors. 23 And verily We know the eager among you and verily We know the laggards. 24 And verily thy Lord! He will gather them, and verily He is Wise, Knowing. 25
