Have you not seen how those who dispute the revelations of God, turn away from Truth to falsehood? 69 those who reject the Book and that with which We sent Our messengers shall soon know -- 70 When the fetters and the chains shall be on their necks; they shall be dragged 71 In boiling water; then in the Fire they will be filled [with flame]. 72 and then they will be asked, "Where are those whom you associated [with God]?" 73 other than Allah' They will reply: 'They have gone astray from us. Indeed what we used to call upon before is nothing' Accordingly, Allah leads the unbelievers astray. 74 "That was because ye were wont to rejoice on the earth in things other than the Truth, and that ye were wont to be insolent. 75 Enter the gates of Gehenna and live there for ever. Evil is the lodging of the proud. 76 (Muhammad), exercise patience. The promise of God is true. Whether We let you witness the suffering with which they were threatened or because of your death (you do not see them suffering,), We shall still punish them when they return to Us (on the Day of Judgment). 77 We did aforetime send messengers before thee: of them there are some whose story We have related to thee, and some whose story We have not related to thee. It was not (possible) for any messenger to bring a sign except by the leave of Allah: but when the Command of Allah issued, the matter was decided in truth and justice, and there perished, there and then those who stood on Falsehoods. 78
