And the trumpet is blown and lo! from the graves they hie unto their Lord, 51 Saying: "Ah woe, who has roused us from our sleep?" This is what Ar-Rahman had promised, and whose truth the apostles had affirmed. 52 It would be but a single blast of the trumpet, and they would all be arraigned before Us. 53 So this day no soul will be wronged in the least; and you will not be compensated except for your deeds. 54 Indeed, the people of Paradise will be busy enjoying themselves: 55 They and their wives shall be in shades, reclining on raised couches. 56 They will have fruits and whatever they desire. 57 "Peace!" - a word (of salutation) from a Lord Most Merciful! 58 (And the guilty will be told:) "O sinners, separate yourselves this day. 59 ۞ Children of Adam, did I not make a covenant with you, that you should not worship satan he is surely a clear enemy to you 60 And that you should worship Me [Alone Islamic Monotheism, and set up not rivals, associate-gods with Me]. That is a Straight Path. 61 Satan misled a great multitude of you. Did you not have any understanding? 62 This is Hell which you were promised! 63 "Embrace ye the (fire) this Day, for that ye (persistently) rejected (Truth)." 64 This day We will set a seal on their mouths, and their hands will speak out to Us and their feet will bear witness to their deeds. 65 If We so willed, We would have put out their eyes, then they would rush to see the Way, but how would they be able to see? 66 And if We pleased We could paralyse them in their tracks, and they would not be able to move forward or turn back. 67

(1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. (5) وقف المجاذبة أو المعانقة حيث يجب الوقف في أي من موضعين قريبين ولكن ليس كلاهما، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة تظهر في أحد الموقعين باحتمال النصف للنصف.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
