The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The Clatterer! 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 A Day whereon mankind shall become as moths scattered, 4 and the mountains will be like fluffy tufts of wool.... 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 but he whose scales weigh lighter, 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 A flaming fire! 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
