They ask you about the mountains. Say, "My Lord will scatter them as dust 105 Then He shall leave it a plain, level. 106 "You will see therein nothing crooked or curved." 107 On that day they will follow their caller without deviation. Their voices will be low in the presence of the Beneficent God. You will hear nothing but the tread of the marching feet. 108 On that day no one’s intercession shall benefit except his to whom the Most Gracious has given permission and whose word He has liked. (The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 109 He knows what is before them and behind them, and they comprehend Him not in knowledge. 110 ۞ And faces shall be humbled unto the Living, the Eternal. He will have failed whose burden is of evildoing; 111 but he who does good works, being a believer, shall fear no harm nor any injustice." 112 And thus have We sent it down an Arabic Quran, and have distinctly set forth therein of threats that they may guard (against evil) or that it may produce a reminder for them. 113 So high exalted be God, the true King! And hasten not with the Koran ere its revelation is accomplished unto thee; and say, 'O my Lord, increase me in knowledge.' 114 We made a covenant with Adam before you, but he forgot, and We found him lacking in constancy. 115
