۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 Most surely these are a small company; 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 Said Moosa, “Never! Indeed my Lord is with me, He will now show me the way.” 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 and We saved Moses and those who were with him together, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 68
