But for him who lived in awe of the sublimity of his Lord, there will be two gardens -- 46 (jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 47 [two gardens] of many wondrous hues. 48 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 49 Wherein are two fountains flowing. 50 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 51 In both of them are of every fruit, two kinds. 52 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 53 (They shall) recline on couches lined with brocade, and the fruits of the Gardens will be near at hand. 54 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 55 In them will be (Maidens), chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- 56 jinn and mankindîwhich of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 57 As (lovely as) rubies and as (beautiful as) coral. 58 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 59 Shall the recompense of kindness be aught save kindness? 60 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 61 And besides these two, there are two other Gardens (i.e. in Paradise). 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 63 Of darkest verdant green -- 64 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 65 In [each of] these two [gardens] will two springs gush forth. 66 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 67 In both are fruits and palms and pomegranates. 68 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 69 therein maidens good and comely -- 70 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 71 They are houris (maidens of Paradise), hidden from view, in pavilions. 72 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? -- 73 Whom neither a man or jinn had ever touched before them. 74 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 75 Reclining on green cushions and fair carpets. 76 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 77 Blest be the name of thine Lord, Owner Of Majesty and Beneficence! 78
