▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ Furthermore I call to witness the setting of the Stars,- 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 it is indeed a Glorious Koran, 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 Which none can touch except the purified. 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? 83 and that hour you are watching 84 (And We are nigher him than you, but you do not see Us) 85 why then, if you are not revived, 86 do you not cause the soul to return to him if you are truthful in your claim? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 Then (the greeting) "Peace be unto thee" from those on the right hand. 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
