28 verses, revealed in Mecca after A 'araaf (Al-A 'araaf) before Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Say: 'It is revealed to me that a party of jinn listened then said: "We have indeed heard a wonderful Koran, 1 guiding to rectitude. We believe in it, and we will not associate with our Lord anyone. 2 And He - exalted be the majesty of our Lord! hath taken neither a spouse nor a son. 3 And that the foolish amongst us used to forge extravagant things against Allah: 4 ‘Whereas we thought that men and jinns would never fabricate a lie against Allah!’ 5 ‘And indeed some men among humans used to take the protection of some men among jinns, so it further increased their haughtiness.’ 6 They thought, as you did, that God would never raise up anyone from the dead. 7 And we stretched towards heaven, but we found it filled with terrible guards and meteors. 8 and that “we would take up stations in the heaven to try to hear but anyone who now attempts to listen finds a shooting meteor in wait for him”; 9 And we know not whether evil is boded for those who are on the earth, or whether their Lord intendeth for them a right direction. 10 Just as [we do not know how it happens] that some from among us are righteous, while some of us are [far] below that: we have always followed widely divergent paths. 11 We have realized that we could never thwart God on earth and that we would never be able to thwart Him by flight. 12 'And as for us, since we have listened to the Guidance, we have accepted it: and any who believes in his Lord has no fear, either of a short (account) or of any injustice. 13 "'Yet [it is true] that among us are such as have surrendered themselves to God - just as there are among us such as have abandoned themselves to wrongdoing. Now as for those who surrender themselves to Him - it is they that have attained to consciousness of what is right; 14 And as for those who are unjust, they are firewood for hell. 15 (Say): "If they keep to the right path We shall give them water in abundance to drink 16 In order to try them through it. But whoever turns away from the remembrance of his Lord, will be given increasing torment by Him." 17 And that the mosques are Allah's, therefore call not upon any one with Allah: 18 "Yet when the Devotee of Allah stands forth to invoke Him, they just make round him a dense crowd." 19

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
