۞ We revealed to Moses: "Set forth with My servants by night for you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 [bidding them to call out his troops and to proclaim:] "Behold, these [children of Israel] are but a contemptible band; 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and a station noble. 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 The people of the Pharaoh pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts came in view of each other, Moses' companions said: 'We have been reached' 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We revealed to Moses: 'Strike the sea with your staff', so it divided and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
