۞ Numerous are the angels in the heavens; yet their intercession shall be of no avail, except in regard to those whom He grants the leave of intercession and whose plea He is pleased to accept. 26 Lo! it is those who disbelieve in the Hereafter who name the angels with the names of females. 27 And they have no knowledge thereof; they follow but a vain opinion, and verily a vain opinion attaineth not aught of the truth. 28 Therefore turn away from whoever has turned away from Our remembrance and has desired only the life of this world. 29 That is their sum of knowledge. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who strays from His way, and He is most knowing of who is guided. 30 And Allah's is what is in the heavens and what is in the earth, that He may reward those who do evil according to what they do, and (that) He may reward those who do good with goodness. 31 Those who avoid the major sins and immoralities, only [committing] slight ones. Indeed, your Lord is vast in forgiveness. He was most knowing of you when He produced you from the earth and when you were fetuses in the wombs of your mothers. So do not claim yourselves to be pure; He is most knowing of who fears Him. 32
