Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
So I swear by whatsoever you see, 38 And that which ye see not. 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We would have caught hold of him by his right hand 45 And then certainly should have cut off his life artery (Aorta), 46 not one of you could have prevented it from him. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 and surely it will be a cause of regret for the unbelievers. 50 yet indeed it is the truth of certainty. 51 Therefore-glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
