It is He, Who has created for you (the sense of) hearing (ears), sight (eyes), and hearts (understanding). Little thanks you give. 78 And it is He Who has created you on the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered back. 79 It is He Who gives life and causes death, and He holds mastery over the alternation of night and day. Do you not understand this? 80 Nay, they say the like of what the ancients said: 81 They said: "When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we be resurrected indeed? 82 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before; this is not but legends of the former peoples." 83 Say, "To whom do the earth and all therein belong? Tell me, if you have any knowledge?" 84 They will say: 'To Allah' Say: 'Then will you not remember' 85 Say: Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the mighty dominion? 86 They will quickly say, "It is God." Say, "Will you not then have fear of Him?" 87 Say: "In whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things, and who is it that protects, the while there is no protection against Him? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 88 They will say, "All this belongs to God." Say to them, "How are you then deluded?" 89 We have revealed to them the truth. But they are certainly liars. 90 No son did Allah beget, nor is there any god along with Him: (if there were many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others! Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the (sort of) things they attribute to Him! 91 The knower of the absent and the present, too exalted is He for what they associate (with Him)! 92
