The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion, 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 Because your Lord sent a command to it. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8
