The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 Is food for the sinful. 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 Like the churning of boiling water. 46 (It will be said of such sinners), "Seize them and drag them into the middle of hell. 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of boiling water, 48 (Saying): 'Taste, surely you are the mighty and noble! 49 This is what you doubted?" 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 In Gardens and water-springs. 52 Attired in fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 so it will be. We shall wed them to maidens with large, dark eyes. 54 therein calling for every fruit, secure. 55 They will not taste death again in it, except their former death; and Allah has saved them from the punishment of fire. 56 As a Bounty from your Lord! That will be the supreme success! 57 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue, that haply they may remember. 58 Wait then; they too are waiting. 59
