He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ (The Prophet (Peace be upon him)) frowned and turned away, 1 Because the blind man came unto him. 2 And what should teach thee? Perchance he would cleanse him, 3 Or be reminded and the remembrance would benefit him? 4 As for him who considers himself free from need (of you), 5 Unto him thou payest regard. 6 though it is not thy concern, if he does not cleanse himself. 7 But as to him who came to you running. 8 And is also fearful (of God), 9 to him thou payest no heed. 10 Indeed, this [Quran] is an admonition. 11 and whosoever wills, shall remember it. 12 upon highly honored pages, 13 exalted, purified, 14 Written by the hands of emissaries. 15 noble and purified. 16 Woe to man! What hath made him reject Allah; 17 From what stuff hath He created him? 18 Out of a drop of sperm He creates him, and thereupon determines his nature, 19 Then (as for) the way-- He has made it easy (for him) 20 then He caused him to die and brought him to the grave, 21 and He will resurrect him whenever He wants. 22 No! Man has not yet accomplished what He commanded him. 23 Let man, then, consider [the sources of] his food: 24 We poured out the rains abundantly, 25 Then We split the earth properly. 26 And We cause therein the grain to grow, 27 grapes, vegetables, 28 and olive trees and date-palms, 29 And garden-closes of thick foliage 30 and fruits and herbage, 31 (These are made so as to be) means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 32 But when the Shout cometh 33 it will be such a day when a person will run away from his brother, 34 And his mother and his father, 35 As well as his wife and children. 36 on that Day every man among them will have enough concern of his own -- 37 Some faces will on that Day be bright with happiness, 38 laughing and joyful, 39 And some faces will on that Day with dust be covered, 40 Darkness shall cover them. 41 Those are the disbelievers, the wicked ones. 42
Almighty God's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
