Moses said: "O my Lord, enlarge my breast, 25 Make my task easy 26 And loose a knot from my tongue. 27 That they may understand my speech. 28 And appoint for me a minister from my family - 29 Aaron, my brother; 30 "Add to my strength through him, 31 and let him share my task, 32 “In order that we may profusely proclaim Your Purity.” 33 and remember you often. 34 Surely Thou seest into us.' 35 Allah said: "You are granted your request, O Musa (Moses)! 36 And assuredly We conferred a benefit on thee another time. 37 "Behold! We sent to thy mother, by inspiration, the message: 38 "'Throw (the child) into the chest, and throw (the chest) into the river: the river will cast him up on the bank, and he will be taken up by one who is an enemy to Me and an enemy to him': But I cast (the garment of) love over thee from Me: and (this) in order that thou mayest be reared under Mine eye. 39 Recall when your sister walked along and said, "Shall I guide you to one who will take care of him?" Thus We returned you to your mother, so that her eyes might be cooled and that she might not grieve. And you killed a man and We delivered you from sorrow. We tested you with various trials. You stayed for a number of years among the people of Midian, then you came upto the standard, Moses. 40 I have chosen thee for My service; 41 So go forth, both you and your brother, with My Signs, and do not slacken in remembering Me. 42 Go ye twain unto Fir'awn, verily he hath waxen exorbitant, 43 Speak to him with gentle words; perhaps he will ponder or fear' 44 The two [brothers] said: "O our Sustainer! Verily, we fear lest he act hastily with regard to us, or lest he [continue to] transgress all bounds of equity." 45 He replied: 'Have no fear I shall be with you, both hearing and seeing. 46 Go, then; you two unto him and say, 'Behold, we are apostles sent by thy Sustainer: let, then, the children of Israel go with us, and cause them not to suffer [any longer]. We have now come unto thee with a message from thy Sustainer; and [know that His] peace shall be [only] on those who follow [His] guidance: 47 "'Verily it has been revealed to us that the Penalty (awaits) those who reject and turn away.'" 48 The Pharaoh asked them, "Who is your Lord?" 49 He replied: "Our Sustainer is He who gives unto every thing [that exists] its true nature and form, and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment]. 50 He then asked, "What do you know about the past generations?" 51 Moses replied, "The knowledge about it is with my Lord in the Book. My Lord is free from error and forgetfulness. 52 He it is Who spread the earth for you; and made in it paths for you, and sent down water from the sky, and then through it We brought forth many species of diverse plants. 53 You eat and let your cattle graze' Surely, in this there are signs for those of understanding. 54

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
