Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Saad, by the Holy Reading (Koran) of the Remembrance. 1 But the Unbelievers (are steeped) in self-glory and Separatism. 2 How many a nation did We destroy before them! (When they approached their doom) they cried out (for deliverance), but the time for deliverance was already past. 3 They marvel now that, from among themselves, a warner has come to them. The unbelievers say: 'This is a lying sorcerer. 4 "Has he made the gods (all) into one Allah? Truly this is a wonderful thing!" 5 The chiefs among them departed saying: go, and persevere in your gods; verily this is a thing designed. 6 “We never heard of this even in Christianity, the latest religion; this is clearly a newly fabricated matter.” 7 Hath unto him the admonition been sent down from amongst us! Yea! they are in doubt concerning My admonition. Yea! they have not yet tasted My torment. 8 Or, have they the treasuries of the Mercy of your Lord, the Almighty, the Giving? 9 Or [that] the dominion over the heavens and the earth and all that is between them is theirs? Why, then, let them try to ascend [to God-like power] by all [conceivable] means! 10 But there - will be put to flight even a host of confederates. 11 The people of Nuh and Ad, and Firon, the lord of spikes, rejected (apostles) before them. 12 So also did the people of Thamud, Lot, and the dwellers of the Forest. 13 None of them was such that it did not deny the Noble Messengers, therefore My punishment became inevitable. 14

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
