Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 high above? 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 and the blazing fire [of hell] will be laid open before all who [are destined to] see it. 36 For, unto him who shall have transgressed the bounds of what is right, 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 (Muhammad), they ask you, "When will the Hour of Doom come?" 42 But how are you to know? 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
