whom God will tell, "My servants, you need have no fear on this day, nor will you be grieved". 68 Those who believed in Our signs, and were Muslims. 69 'Enter Paradise, you and your wives, walking with joy!' 70 Dishes and goblets of gold will be passed around them with all that their souls desire and their eyes delight in. "There you will remain forever: 71 this is the Garden which you will inherit by virtue of your past deeds, 72 Ye shall have therein abundance of fruit, from which ye shall have satisfaction. 73 The sinners will be in the Punishment of Hell, to dwell therein (for aye): 74 It shall not be abated from them and they shall therein be despairing. 75 We wronged them not, but they were the Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, etc.). 76 They will cry, "Master, if only your Lord would put an end to us!" But he [the angel] will answer, "No! You are here to stay." 77 Certainly We have brought you the truth, but most of you are averse to the truth. 78 What! have they settled some plan (among themselves)? But it is We Who settle things. 79 Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private conversations? Yes, [We do], and Our messengers are with them recording. 80 Say, [O Muhammad], "If the Most Merciful had a son, then I would be the first of [his] worshippers." 81 Hallowed be the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, from that which they ascribe! 82 So leave them to converse vainly and amuse themselves until they meet their Day which they are promised. 83 It is God who is the Lord of the heavens and is the Lord on earth. He is All-wise and All-knowing. 84 Blessed be He, who holds the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them. He alone has knowledge of the Hour, and to Him will you return. 85 Those they invoke apart from Him have no power of intercession, except those who testify to the truth and have knowledge. 86 (Muhammad), if you ask them, "Who had created the idols?" They will certainly say, "God has created them." Why do you then turn away from God? 87 [But God has full knowledge of the true believer] and of his [despairing] cry: "O my Sustainer! Verily, these are people who will not believe!" 88 Then bear with them (O Muhammad) and say: Peace. But they will come to know. 89
